The experience with Thomas was excellent. He found the right moving company for me, it was the perfect price, and all went well. He was easy to contact and even though he was a "third party" in the process, he stayed readily available and looking to help throughout. My one issue was with the driver arriving 4 days earlier than I anticipated. However, that was not MoveWheels' fault; the driver was on his own schedule and this was something I could not have predicted before booking. There is room, however, to have a more flexible process with pickup/drop off in order to avoid this issue. This could raise their price, which I felt was inexpensive for the job being done. Overall great.
