We experienced great customer service. Turn around time was amazing. From initial request to vehicle pick-up time was well within expectations! Frank was very responsive with both emails and texts. When we decided to move a vehicle to our son at college out of state we received bids from several movers. We randomly selected one...cause that's generally what you do...after 7 days of back and forth and no booking and the car still sitting in the garage and a suggestion to almost double the original quote, we cancelled with the original mover and called Frank. Within an hour we had a relocation plan - driver was identified - vehicle picked up later in the day.
