I have decided to post this without my name however BWT DBA Move Wheels knows exactly who I am. I paid for a transport on 12/26 and signed an online contract for my 2010 Kia Soul to be transported on 12/31 from Lewisville TX to Chicago IL. Needless to say no one ever showed up! I thought it was kind of suspicious because 1 day before the promised transport, we still had not heard from them. Upon collecting my $425 via AMEX they advise me someone would call just to communicate and confirm the drivers info. On 12/30 my husband and I called this company about 40 times collectively and sent emails. 12/30 is not a holiday so there is no excuse for them not answering the phones or responding to a voicemail or email. I even called the Green Cove Springs Police dept which is the city (In Florida) they have listed on their website for an address (411 Walnut St). The police informed me that address is to the US Post Office, not a PO Box but the Post Office itself. Beware, this company is a scam!
