The customer service from the first call to the delivery of my vehicles was impeccable. I had to move my children’s car from Florida to Colorado Springs at the end of January and was shopping for price and efficiency. Stefan was excellent in walking me through the process and assuring me that all would be ok. At first, I was hesitant because of other reviews and what other companies had to say about the moving industry, Again I communicated that to Stefan and he assured me that all will be well. He made no excuses for his company or the industry but He promised great service, safe delivery, and that he is reachable to answer any questions or concerns. I am not an easy customer to please and got quotes from over 25 companies, Stephan was patient, honesty did not bad/ mouth any other company. I took him at his word and I am glad I did. My car was picked up and delivered on time as promised and communicated by the driver. The driver let me know when he was 12,, 6, and 2 hours away,
