Andy was helpful in making sure our son's car made it safely from Nashville to Los Angeles. Overall a good experience and Andy was helpful. The truck did breakdown in New Mexico and the car was delayed a few days. And, my son had to drive about an hour to pick it up, when it arrived in LA- but the car arrived safely and intact.
