Beverly was great.
She proposed a competitive price and her response was very quick.
Also, due to my miscommunication, the pick up schedule was messed up, but she came up with a very good alternative solution without any delay. My car was picked up on time and delivered on time.
Without her, I could've missed my car move on time. She was very good at risk management.
The driver was also great and he had hard time to find a spacious parking spot for pickup and delivery, but he didn't get angry and was very kind. They were awesome team.
