Chances are you are nervous and aphrehensive about using a Transport company for the first time to transport your baby from State A to State B. (I did Floida to CT.) Understand the problem lies in the agent you are attempting to work with not the driver.. Drivers are hungry. Agents are so busy trying to fill the driver's loads that getting back to you in a timely fashion is not important to them, They do not undestand the art of follow up!. Not the case with Rachid. If you can be patient, Rachid is your man! Out of 10 agents, Rachid gave me the follow up that I needed and wanted. SO as busy as he is, he will always answer your texts in under 15 minutes!!! My drriver was Pedro. Now I don't want anyone else except Rachid and Pedro to help me going forward. Use Rachid. Even though Rachid is a salesman, he understands your aprhension.
