I researched many auto transport companies for the shipment of my car from Texas to Georgia. I am a student and do not have a lot of money or time to waste. I contacted this company on Sunday and spoke with Grace. After speaking with Grace about rates and availability I decided to book it for $400 and fill out and sign required documents. She said that my car would be picked on Tuesday around 4 pm to 6pm. I kept messaging about the status of the pick and she said that it would be picked up soon. Next morning I messaged her again and she let me know that the driver cancelled the pick up and she is looking for another driver. She did called me and let me know that I have to pay $800 to ship the car and they will pay $400. This is very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Had the worst experience in shipping my vehicle. Please save your time, money and energy to deal with them
