Good communication and they did find a driver to move my vehicle, however the final price was $200 more than initially quoted which prevents me from giving a five star rating. I understand they said they use past rates to give quotes and not the actual cost, but a 36% price jump above the quote tells me they are giving cheaper rates to get you to sign a contract but then are unable to deliver that rate. That said, the final price was in line with some of other quotes I was seeing so my fault I guess for thinking they could do it cheaper.
