Please please use Movewheels!!! Here is my experience and you can use it for good intel. I am a hairstylist in a very affluent area. I was given a referral by a client who used Montway. I felt good to call back in April to book my daughter’s car to go from California to North Carolina. Long story short Montway after waiting 9 days with still no pick up of the car, I was told that I should not have booked so early then the agreed price was not upheld even though there was no place saying depending on the carrier the price will change. I asked why they weren’t honest from the beginning and the supervisor gave me excuses anywhere from it depends on the stock market, its my fault for booking to the worst of them saying well it was the marketing dept that doesn’t want us to tell you the rates will change because no one will use them! I felt as woman Montway thought i didn’t know anything but clearly they have never dealt with a Hairdresser because we see right through the BS!! Clearly I fired them and received many calls emails and harassment from many carriers! Well here’s where my world began to be amazingly clear!!!
Sean!!!! After going through all of the carriers I noticed that Sean. Was more polite and respectful than the rest. Sean from Move Wheels was absolutely my Angel from Heaven!!! Not only was he HONEST but he was able to get my car going by the next day securing a driver! Then the most amazing thing was the quote he had given me, was amazing but since it is pretty crazy with the carriers giving crazy quotes, Sean would not allow me to pay the quotes, after speaking to his manager they were Amazing!!!!! They agreed to help make up some of the difference and I seriously almost passed out!!! Sean walked me through was beyond amazing Communication!!! As someone who is in the service business I appreciate this so much!! I have been so stressed out through this process and Sean turned this whole process around!!! As for me the best thing I can do now are these 2 things…tell every single client about how thankful and grateful for Move Wheels and mostly Sean to use ONLY this company and then text the clients who I referred to Montway and let them know to ONLY USE Move Wheels (of which I have already done) and make sure you ask for Sean and tell him Suzanne sent you!!!!
