I read other reviews and was a bit hesitant because I did not think the negative reviews were from individuals that actually know the process of transportation of a vehicle. My experience was very positive I worked with and was flexible to find the best transporter for my vehicle. I’m in business and understand that the customer needs good service and that is what I got. Kenneth and I stayed in contact through the process he was professional throughout the shipping process. This is not the first vehicle I have shipped and I understand the process. My next transport will be through movewheels.com and I’ll ask for Kenneth. Remember to be patient as this has several elements in the transportation of a vehicle.
