I m surprised to see such a positive review from such an unreliable company.
Business model: say there are no drivers available and increase the price for the available one. If you don't wanna pay an extra $300 for the promised service, you will pay anyway $250 for the cancellation. Perfect upsell, right?
I made an order 7-10 days ahead, the day before pick up called to confirm the time, was promised to receive a call back by the end of the day or in the morning, never happened. The next day in the morning when I called, there were no available drivers unless I m ready to pay extra, then the driver would magically appear, but not at the time you agreed upon but the time company can do it, regardless of your initial agreement.
I went with another company, but had to pay them $200 compensation for the driver ride that never happend.
