I signed up with Movewheels to get my car transported from CT to Tennessee. I was extremely anxious to get this done and had a not so pleasant experience with another company that kept stringing me along. Time was of the essence now and it was running out! I dealt with a person, "Amy", and as I am a very untrusting person I was continually worrying and texting her excessively about her progress to date. Amy always responded to me and my badgering with courtesy. And I sure was difficult to please. She informed me of her every move and decision. We ran into a couple glitches and Amy pulled me through with continual encouragement, explaining over and over how she was handling it and that she would be able to find a carrier for me. I texted her multiple times with my concerns and she always texted back or even called me back several times to put my fears to rest. She was very adept in maintaining communication with me. I was a total mess and, thus, an annoying customer! At the end of the day, Amy found a carrier for me and the car was transported a day ahead of schedule! Amy followed through at every step. She was very competent at her job. I would highly recommend Amy at Movewheels Auto Transport.
