This is the absolute worst shipping company ever. STAY AWAY!! Although they arrived earlier than scheduled, I didn't get 24 hours notice as was promised. They originally told me 5-6pm but, then at 9pm told it would be 20 minutes, then waiting for 2 hours there, after numerous phone calls with the dumbest dispatcher ever, the driver getting "lost" because he put the address in his GPS wrong, attempting to meet them half-way between the lost location and the actual delivery location and waiting a hour only to be told he was at the delivery location. At 1:30AM I finally got the car, in the dark, in the pouring rain, and with the rudest driver in the entire world and the police telling us all to leave as it was a no parking location. The car was so dirty I couldn't look it over. The next day I saw the damage to the door. So far I have had no luck in even getting them to call me back. I am proceeding with a lawsuit. STAY AWAY! Do not let a broker allow BAM TRUCKING to even so much as look in your car's direction, let alone ship it. Pathetic.
