After the Mercedes dealer exhausted their resources in trying to find a transport company to transport my new purchase from AZ to IL, I contacted Beacon to get a quote. Their quote beat the quotes the dealership was receiving by $200, plus Beacon was able to arrange for pick-up immediately. Venessa was wonderful. She was in constant communication with me via email, phone, and text. I never had to worry about where my vehicle was. This is the second time I have used Venessa to transport a vehicle and will certainly use her again!!!!
