Delivery was a couple hours late due to bad weather and flooding in the area. The dispatcher kept me updated on progress so that I could meet the driver upon arrival.
Minor damage occurred to the vehicle during transport. In resolving the damage, I dealt directly with the owner who responded quickly and promptly in order to facilitate the repairs. I would use Beacon again for future shipping.
