I just purchased a used Range Rover from MA and wanted to ship to NC. I contacted Ryan on a Thursday and told him I needed it picked up the following Monday. He assured he could get this done and I had my doubts from bad experiences working with brokers in the past. Ryan emailed me over the weekend and said the car would be picked up Monday. I was concerned since I had not heard from any shippers about a pick up. I got a call Monday morning and transporter said their driver was on the way and would be at the dealership by Noon. They picked up the car as promised and was delivered the following day at 12:30pm...24 hour turnaround. I was pleasantly surprised and will refer and utilize Ryan for any future needs.
