Josh is a pro. He is responsive and honest- something I found out very quickly is very rare in the auto transport business. Most of the companies/brokers that I spoke with promised the world and then disappeared- no calls back, no service. They are full of BS - they don't tell you they are brokering and putting your job out for offer. Not Josh - I was in a time crunch (because all the other companies wouldn't answer their phones after they quote you) and called him- He was up front and honest- told me what he could promise and what he could not. He promised to try his best to accommodate my short-notice request and to communicate with me on the status of the request - which is in fact did. The very next day he called- found a driver. Car was picked up when they said they would - and delivered in great shape yesterday- when they said it would. While I hope to never move across the country again, if I do and need to ship my car, Josh is the only pro I would call- and the only pro I would refer to my friends. Kudos, Josh! Thank You!
