I requested and reviewed internet quotes as advised by a friend and "seasoned" user of transport services. I hadn't transported a car in too many years to remember now, so I talked to several providers, not only querying terms and conditions, but also seeking very specific information in order to bolster my knowledge about obtaining and choosing a transport provider. To be absolutely honest, as he knows all too well, Josh started out as just one of several transport service providers I contacted during my day long endeavor to shore my confidence that I would make a wise, yet frugal, decision.. I was actually able to speak with him directly (rather than a "call center"). He actually followed up his emailed quote with a phone call to me and responded each time I called him by actually answering the phone or very quickly returning my call. Not only did Josh satisfy the reasons for my day long efforts, he candidly informed me, in detail, about various strategies he utilizes in obtaining quality transport at most favorable rates ~ no other that I spoke with did that for me. Literally, at the end of my day long quest, I told Josh that he had my contract- but, only so long as he took the time (as I was in no rush) to use his strategies to obtain the type of transport that would fall within both the quality of service and the rates range we discussed (which range, by the way, could've potentially beat or exceed the various quotes I had obtained during the day). So, here I am placing my confidence in Josh on the basis of nothing more than a confident request (of course having the natural thoughts about whether such confidence had been wisely placed) and allowing several days for him to "work at it". Talk about exceeding expectations, He called back so quickly that very evening that I worried we had a problem. Rather, he asked if I wanted "the good news or the better news" first. He obtained the type of quality transport at the very lowest end of our cost range with next morning pick-up from Denver, CO area and delivery to Jacksonville, FL area in only 3 days. Results ~ well, "proof is in the pudding", as they say. Let me tell y'all how satisfied I am ~ I'll never seek internet quotes again, I'm only calling Josh. In fact, I already described my experience with my friend and "seasoned" user of transport services, and he has "put Josh at the top of his list". Ya'll should do the same! Nuff said!!
