My experience with Joshua was truly amazing. He was extremely professional, courteous, and he gave excellent service. Joshua went above and beyond the call of duty, and he exceeded my expectations. Joshua is truly solution oriented and he genuinely cares about his customers. I explained to Joshua that my 50th Birthday was coming up, December 29th and that it was very important that my Lexus LS 460 L that I just purchased from a Dealership in Oklahoma City, Ok be delivered to me here in Tallahassee, Fl by then. Joshua confidently stated that I would have my car by then. On the day my car was scheduled to be picked up (December 27th) the carrier truck was rear-ended in front of the Dealership. Needles to say I was very disappointed about that. Joshua worked tirelessly the rest of the day to find another carrier trucking company that could meet my schedule but to no avail. Just when I was coming to terms with having to accept the fact that getting my car by my Birthday was not going to happen, I received a call from Joshua the next morning (December 28th) saying that he located a carrier truck company that could pickup my car but the caught was this carrier trucking company wanted $100 more then the previous trucking company so I was very unhappy about that and I let Joshua know it. After listening to me rant Joshua said "Let me see what I can do and I will call you back shortly". He called me back within 5-10 minutes and noted that the carrier trucking company would not budge on their price so he noted that he would credit me back $50 so that I would only be paying $50 extra out of my pocket instead of the entire $100. By Joshua willing to do this for me and knowing that he was not the cause of the situation said a lot about his work ethics, his character and more importantly how much he values his customers. To make a long story short, I received my car at 2:30 am early Sunday morning (December 30th) and I thought that was exceptional considering all that happened and knowing that it wasn't picked up until 5pm that evening (December 28th). I would definitely use Joshua's Services again and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
