Josh helped me out of a horrible, frustrating situation!! I Had hired “A1 Charlie’s auto transport” to ship my car down to Florida. I paid on full. Truck broke down, then they couldn’t find another truck, excuse after excuse. Promised me my car in 5 days. They basically held my car hostage for 2 weeks. I had to pay over $200 for a rental car. They gave me back my money less $100. Thieves!!
Was referred to Josh From “Beam me up auto transport” told him my situation, how upset I was, and being that I was in Florida, there was not much I could do. Josh was awesome. Within the hour he had someone come from NJ get my car from a lot in NY. Told me I’d have my car in a few days. Josh stayed in touch with me the whole time. Told me when my car was picked up and when it was on way down. The drivers stayed in touch to give me eta updates.
Also I was not required to pay up front. Left a little deposit then balance when car arrived,
I highly recommend this company for peace of mind when shipping your car out of state.
