An overall great experience. Frank was my contact and he was awesome. He was very professional, personable, and clearly seemed to know the business well. The picked up about 15 hours after first contact!!! Delivery was on time. The only issue was the transport driver kept asking me to come pick up the vehicle in different places when I felt like I had paid for home delivery service. At first he wanted me to drive a long way across town, and then we agreed on a place with a large parking lot nearby. This wasn't a huge issue. Driver was courteous when I arrived. I would, and will use Bears again.
