This company is AWESOME...They have an A with the BBB for a reason. TRUST ME!! I initally called them to have my two vehicles shipped from the Valley of Kansas all the way to the mountains of Washington and they were very very polite, professional, and to the point. Listening to my husband, I didn't chose them we went with another company. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! The other company, bailed on me the day they were to pick up my cars and didnt pick cars up at all. I called Bears Transport back, explained my dilemma and without hesitation they were on it. Although they knew we went elsewhere originally and got pooped on... that did not phase the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness of the staff at Bears Transport. They immediately found a truck to pick up my TWO vehicles at the last minute within a day, stayed in constant contact with the driver and myself to insure we were ALL on the same page...Just simply GOD sent. Bears Transport in my opinion is the BEST in the business. They are family owned and knows how to treat customers to keep them coming back and referring others. Sorry guys to go on and on...but I can not say enough about this company. If I EVER need to ship a vehicle again, BEARS TRANSPORT will surely get my business.
