Okay, so yes...my car was picked up two days later than they said it would be. And it made me question things at first—it's a car, after all, not exactly a cheap possession. But I was wrong. The thing to remember is that drivers are faced with inclement weather, detours, traffic. And at the end of the day, it all worked out flawlessly. My car was delivered within an hour of the said delivery time. And both the driver and the rep at Bear Transport were professional and nice. Add to that the fact that my rep (Liz) returned any of my emails or phone calls within the hour. Genius.
