This was the first time I shipped a vehicle. I shipped my vehicle to my son who is at Pope AFB in North Carolina. After reading a lot on the internet prior to picking a shipping company I was concerned about some of the scams that are out there. I received about 24 bids via emails and phone calls. I guess you can call it a gut feeling but I went with Bear Transportation. I spoke with Bear about 9:00 am. The broker I spoke to was very nice, took time to answer all my questions and concerns (I had a lot). At around 3:30pm the car hauler was at my front door and my vehicle was on its way to N.C. The transport driver and his wife were very nice and professional. Three working days later the vehicle was delivered to my son the same way I sent it. If I ship a vehicle again it will be with Bear Transportation. Bear has set the bar very high and I’m not sure there in another company out there that could have put up with my worries and concerns like Bear and their transport drivers.
