I spoke to Bears Transport and a couple of other transport companies. Liz was great she explained the transport process, expectations, and the reationale for why thier prices where a little bit higher. I chose bears transport to pick up and deliver my work van...Somehow there was a number/name mix-up and another transport company scammed my fiance out of a deposit and never set up pick up or delivery of the van...I call Bears transport to verify the agreement and realized that a HUGE mistake was made. i spoke to LIZ she explained the scenario and i was assured that Bears Transport could handle the job. I sent bears the deposit and my Van was in NC within 2 days...I am still waiting on a deposit from Priced Rightlocated in FL to refund my deposit!!! Thanks to Bears Transport I can move forward with my business.
