when i called bears transport "liz" was very friendly and efficient with my time. liz was very thorough and explained to me step by step how the whole process would unfold and how and what i needed to do. she took my information and she gave me the schedule all in a matter of minutes. bears transport made it very easy to by taking the down payment for their services over the phone. the car was picked up a little late in the day but non the less on the day it was suppose to be picked up. the car was received in perfect condition on the day it was to arrive...maybe a day earlier!! thanks bears transport!!
