I did a lot of online research and decided to go with Bears because of the reviews and their competitive price. I had set low expectations in general, because of the reviews that I read about people experience.
My experience with the company was excellent. The people I spoke with at Bears on the communication front where very friendly, starting with my first call for a quote and ending with a follow-up call after the vehicle was delivered.
The only recommendation I have would be increased communication with the driver.
