I had never shipped my car before and was completely uneasy about the process. The staff at Bears Transport were fantastic, patient, professional and knowledgeable. I told them that my car had to be picked up on 14 November, in the afternoon or evening and that's exactly when it was picked up by Pioneer Auto. Bears Transport and Pioneer Auto gave me an estimated shipping time of ten days. My car arrived in San Jose today, 21 November, seven days after being picked up. My total cost was $1075 [including the $100 deposit] and my order number was 1897. Although it was not exactly door-to-door as I had to meet the driver in a grocery store parking lot for them to pick up my car, they did drop off my car right at the house. If I ever have to ship my car again, I am using Bears Transport.
