We also called 3-way to many carriers in this route and presented the vehicle for transport , while customer was involved with all of these conversations. The carrier selected priced us at 1300.00 on delivery . The customer agreed to this price and chose carrier based on numerous declines from other carriers. Bears Transport contributed 100.00 towards your transportation cost to carrier in order to assist with the difference. Your transport was an "open carrier" transport exposed to weather elements, so yes, your vehicle will reflect that . Your total was 1398.00, not 1500.00 as stated above, and again we apologize that you were unhappy with the service provided .
