I got an overwhelming # of quotes to ship our mid SUV from MI to TX. I spoke to a few to weed them out. I settled on Bears for a number of reasons. First, Frank explained the process as I was a neophyte. No pressure - just honest information. I decided to go with Bear's and both Frank and Liz were excellent. They kept me informed about pick up/delivery every step of the way and followed up to make sure certain commitments from the driver were met. If you are reading this review, it means you are performing the due diligence needed before picking a transport company - as I did. For us average consumers, the overall process can be OVERWHELMING. I wish I had more than 2 thumbs to give "up" as my rating. I recommend them in a heartbeat.
