Selecting a carrier is a stressful process. I did research by checking reviews and ratings with the BBB and other consumer protection agencies. After speaking with Bears Transport, I decided to use them for my cross-country transport. Everyone involved was straightforward and professional. I was contacted as scheduled; the driver was courteous and knowledgeable; the pick up was on time and convenient. The driver even indicated an earlier window of time for delivery (5-7 days)than I originally expected (10 days) so I was pleasantly surprised. He arrived in 7 days and delivered the car with less dirt than I was expecting! Immediately after delivery by the driver, I was contacted by Bears to ensure everything was fine and delivery was made. This experience far exceeded my expectations. Everything went so smoothly that I have no hesitation in recommending Bears Transport to others.
