We are really shocked at the review that Anthony has given Bears Transport. Due to the fact that he has called and requested a quote for additional shipping in which we answered his call. We pride ourselves in being accessible to our customers up until 8pm Mon- Fri and we also make ourselves available if needed on Saturday and Sundays. Please see our previous reviews - so the fact that we do not answer our phone -would mean all other reviews were untrue. We never want a customer to be unsatisfied and go out of our way to make sure. Anthony's vehicle was an oversized unit in which we had to accomodate the transporter for the size of the vehicle. No one squeezed Anthony for any additional money- he was given an option in which he agreed to. We would never underquote anyone intentionally-our goal is to move your vehicle. We apologize that this customer is unhappy and wish we would have known sooner in which case his transport may have turned out differently for him- Bears Transport
