The customer service was unbelievable! I needed an Escalade picked up in Idaho Falls, ID (which is not the easiest place to get to apparently) They were fabulous & kept me posted on the status of the pickup. They were available at all times even on the weekend if I had questions or problems. My vehicle was delivered on time with no damages. Would highly recommend Bears Transport to anyone moving cars. Will definately use again in the future.
