Very personable on the phone; reasonable rate, reassured me and delivered. Communication from Frank by phone and Liz by email was great; there was an issue at first where they had my email address wrong but it was corrected quickly and did not cause any problems. The transport company was Regal Transport and I can highly recommend them; they delivered the car without problems or damage of any sort; overall I am very, very happy with this transport!
