Bears Transport really understoodo my needs

I booked a reservation with Bears Transport to have a vehicle moved from Charlotte, NC to Iowa on 06/07/2010. I was hoping to have this vehicle transported within a few days. The only problem was that there were no carriers on the National Board heading to the Midwest. Liz at Bears Transport continually kept me up to date with the status of all of the drivers in the area, multiple times a day. She completely understood my urgency without even attempting to bill me extra for an immediate transport. We missed the date, because in the car transport business, you are at the mercy of the transport trucks. All of the Transport companies you deal with are brokers, they don't have their own trucks. I kept explaining my urgency, this morning, Friday (06/11/2010), when I was making plane reservations to fly down there myself and drive the car back, and get to visit my family, she called to tell me she was able to redirect a truck and pick my vehicle up in NC on Monday (3 days from now). I explained my situation with traveling, and Bears Transport cheerfully cancelled my order. I thought they would have been upset that I cancelled on them. To tell the truth, they could not have been more warm and friendly. Even told me to enjoy my family.

Bears Transport, a great organization with a caring contact person to do business with.
