The customer started off his complaint saying that the broker gave him false information about our company which has nothing to do with us. We were not the ones providing false information and this is why we recommend for customers to book their auto shipments directly through auto shipping companies and not through brokers.
Best Auto Movers is DOT certified and licensed. We provide public liability insurance coverage up to $4 million and cargo coverage up to $1 million with no deductibles.
On our contract with a broker, it is stated that we need to pick up the vehicle within 2 days of 11/11/13 which we did. Open the following link to see the contract. It shows that the car was picked up and delivered on time.

In almost every situation, our delivery services are door to door. In some cases, factors like very sharp turns, narrow subdivision roads, low-hanging tree branches, steep hills or late night delivery require us to deliver a vehicle to a safe nearby location. And this time it was one of those cases.
Customer is stating that ...the front tires were almost ready to miss the ramp entirely. That is just his assumption. Everything that this customer stated is over exaggerated. What did not look normal for a customer is normal in unloading the cars from trailers with ramps. With 15+ years of experience, we know what it takes to get vehicles to their destinations safely and on time. Our drivers receive special training on how to handle all kinds of vehicles, including high-end cars and they have loaded and unloaded cars thousands of times. We transport approx 1,700 cars per year. Also, as of 2 years ago, we have upgraded all our fleet to the best equipment available. Now we ship cars exclusively with lift gate trailers.
The customer also mentioned that his car was unloaded more than once but the reason we do that is because we are a door to door service, and in order to get to a specific car, we need to rearrange other cars.
Regarding the dent on the front spoiler; it is undercarriage damage and that does not get marked off on the Bill of Lading since it is impossible to inspect the whole undercarriage. Also, if there was damage done to the spoiler, the customer should have marked it off on the Bill of Lading upon delivery and made a claim with our insurance company.
