We had a transporter named Paul who was extremely professional and communicative. As soon as we saw how he loaded our car onto the trailer, we knew he was knowledgeable and would get the car there safely. In addition, he communicated with us frequently, was on time, and was flexible in allowing us to change drop-off location by a few miles (for our convenience). The price was steep but still fairly competitive. I felt we got what we paid for and more.

Thank you for your very kind words Dash! We also just wanted to mention that we actually got paid a lot less as a carrier from that total, the rest goes to the broker. So it's a reminder to all customers out there to use carriers directly if you can, it'll save you a bit on transport costs.
