President Alex Gersh of Best Choice Auto Transport agreed to provide shipment of a vintage exotic car in the amount of $450.00. The payment was provided in full. The car was picked up by Diamond Towing and stated they would need to be paid prior to delivering the car. Spoke with Alex and he stated he couldn't pay the driver due to his inability to make it to the bank. He stated I should pay the drivers and he would send me a refund check. Haven't heard from him since. He does not answer phone calls or E mails. I may be out a large sum of money. I am in the process of taking legal action. Alex went so far as to E mail a tracking number and a picture of the check that bounced.
