Double Billed- no one ever answers the phone

Had car shipped one way from Nevada to Florida, it was picked up and the transport truck broke down and delayed delivery by 5 days. Once it was delivered, the driver demanded payment from the end user. (Alex was paid via credit card in full at the time the delivery was scheduled.) It took almost two hours for the driver to get into contact with Alex to confirm, but he still wasn't happy. NOW...6 months later, I received another charge on my credit card for the same amount from them. I tried calling and left a message. I emailed and requested a response...it is 10 days later and numerous additional phone calls- yet no one EVER answers their phone no matter what the time of day. I have disputed it with credit card company, so I am covered on my end. Terrible customer service, terrible follow up and terrible ethics in my opinion. It is a complete gamble using this company and I wouldn't ever consider them again.
