Engaged Jim Powers, Best Direct Shipping, on May 25, 2017 to move my vehicle, pickup date June 27, 2017, to Steamboat Springs, CO. Once Powers had my deposit, $199.00, he never answered my phone calls and would tell me that the vehicle would be picked up via email but that never happened. I had to move the vehicle myself.
