this customer booked the order with us for a certain date, we attempted to pickup the car and they would not give it to us, this went on for approximately 2 weeks, finally they released the car to us, the customer was told that they would have to pick the car up in san bernadino, ca [the move consisted of a door to terminal move and not door to door]. this customer gave us nothing but problems from the beginning, they insisted on a saturday pickup, when we had told them that we could not pick up the car on saturday. it seems that all this customer can do is complai, but they did not complain that we sent the car enclosed and no extra cost to them.
