unfortunately we had given the order to amat transport, who at the last minute was not able to pick up the car , but did not inform us until wed 3/22/06, as a result we had to secure another truck, which we did and informed the customer that the car would be picked up on 3/24 by a local service to wait for the trucker , the customer refused and decided to wait for the new trucker to pickup the car on sunday 3/26/06, the customer approved this and is now complaining when he knew all the circumstances.
