This customer is an out and out liar, the car was picked up on 5/24/06 and is in california on 6/7/06, he only paid to have the car delivered to the terminal, and he was fully aware of this, now he is demanding to deliver the car, which can be done, but there is an additional cost of 165.00, which the customer was informed of same when the order was booked, he indicated that he did not want to pay the additional and that he would pickup the car at the terminal. The signed contract will serve as proof as to when the car was picked up.
