Took my money and provided no service at all

Car was to be picked up on 10/19/06. I called a week in advanee to confirm pickup - was told all had been arranged. I called the night before the pickup date to confirm - was told all was arranged and I would be getting phone call from the trucker. When no call and no show on 10/19/06 I began calling every two hours - was told every time that they would check and call me back within one hour. This continued every few hours through the next day 10/20/06. I would call, they would say they would check with the driver and call me back. I called them at least 10 times over a 48 hour period. To this minute they have never called me back once, not even to cite a problem or ask for a reschedule. No call from a trucker either. Car never picked up. Left me with a severe problem to try to get car shipped before leaving town. In short, they took my deposit and never provided any service at all. These people are dishonest liars. From my experience the company is a scam. Do not use them.
