Charged my credit card more than aggreed amount

They charged my card twice. Once for the agreed amount and again for a different amount. When the trucker arrived he had a different contract with a higher amount than the one I had. I showed him my contract and he aggreed to deal with Best Way. Best Way charged my card with out my approval and amount not agreed upon. When I called they wouldn't let me talk to any one in billing.
