The driver missed MS as he drove from TX to AL. This caused additional delay of 8 days. I had the broker call call them to resolved a billing issue, i prepaid and they wanted payment. When they delivered the truck the rear gate was open but shell was locked. They claimed they got stopped by a MS trooper who broke into the truck. MS troopers didn't back up the story. An item was missing from the truck. They were apologetic so they offered $200 to cover extra rental $...never happened.
