True quality service in an industry of corruption

I originally was put in touch with Andy through MOVEMYCAR.COM. I must be honest with his original quote he was immediately one of my top two choices. However I did not end up proceeding with his offer due to complications on my side. The company that I did go with (who I will not mention) was HORRIBLE. They were one of the top rated companies on BBB. Every very piece of information I received, the contract and confirmation they provided proved to be false. I called the day before pick up and they said they made and error and the quote was unable to be honored, that the price was now going to go up by $150 and that if I confirmed the pickup couldn’t be any sooner than a week LATE from the confirmed pick up date. If I had not been proactive my car would have never shipped and they wouldn’t have called me.

THE GOOD NEWS. I CALLED ANDY from Better Way Auto Transport Inc. He was immediately able to pull up my old quote. He honored it the price. He called the dispatcher and driver on my behalf. He was straight forward and honest throughout the entire interaction. Within 2 hours he accomplished more than the other company failed to accomplish in a week. Andy was professional and understanding. He made it his priority to accommodate my very short notice request. The process of shipping a car coast to coast was much harder than I could have ever expected. As you read reviews you will hear all the nightmare stories of failed promises. ANDY is the exception. As Sales Manager for a major international company I hold a great value for contracts. I also move around the country a lot. THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON I WILL CALL OR RECOMMEND FROM HERE ON OUT.
