I can not even begin to say how ANGRY this company has made me. I requested for a refund OVER a month ago and STILL have not received my money. Gina, my representative, was SO eager to get my deposit up front (which companies SHOULD never do, this I did not know at the time) and after she got my money I never heard back from the company. She assured me the safety of my vehicle when we spoke the first time, as well as the guarantee that it would be put on a trailer when I needed it to for a quote of 750$. I should have never believed that in the first place. What driver would drive 3000 miles for only 600$ when gas prices are ridiculous? I called and called and called and Sara, every time, would tell me she will work on it. Then, I was told they found a driver for me and said it would be picked up the next day (keep in mind this was about 6 weeks ago). Never got picked up. I called to find information of the driver and such. No information. Then Chris gave me the run around that they need to put the price up 50$ so they can get a bidder for a driver and would call me 30 minutes later. I called. And called. And called. Nothing. I believe over the past month I have called about 50 times (no exaggeration). Any time I connect with an employee, they give me the run around on why they haven't found a driver yet. Then I asked for the owner, Marc, who told me that this is a tough business. Are you serious? I had AMAZING customer service from a company who gave me their PERSONAL contact number and worked with me even when they weren't on the clock. They found me a driver in ONE day. How is it tough?! So once my car finally arrived from a different company after paying 1100$ to get it home, I requested for a refund from Better Way. I spoke with Marc and he assured me I would receive my refund after apologizing for the poor service. This was on March 9th. He let me know that it would take about a week to receive. I called back after a week, and Sara rudely told me it takes two weeks. So one week later, I called back because I still havent received it. She said "OH were mailing it right now let me verify your address..." Two weeks later, after I've called them a few more times throughout these two weeks... I STILL have not received my check. I began to think that they were screening my calls so they knew it was me when I'd call. So I had my boyfriend call from his phone. And she was COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE to him when he called. Innocent citizen calling to receive our full refund (extra money we dont have to be handing out to people). I dont know what to do at this point. Its now May 7th, still no money.

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with in my life. Let alone the disrespect I've received from everyone. I never even received a receipt for my deposit or anything... I dont understand why they can never give me a straight answer. I am appalled at the customer service of this Company. I cant even believe the stress they have put me through. I know the company reads these reviews and I hope that I dont get any replies on how I'm wrong. I've worked in customer service for 7 years now. And let me say, the customer is always right. You never argue with a customer. And you always refund money the moment its requested. None of this has been present to me. Thanks Better Way... Really.. I'm sure most of the "good" reviews on this website were probably created by the employees of the company. I dont understand how they can give fantastic service to some people and horrible to the rest.

AS PER THIS CUSTOMER SHE WAS FULLY REFUNDED THE WHOLE DEPOSIT,NOW HERE AT BETTERWAY WE TRY OUR BEST TO SHIP EVERYBODYS CAR,UNFORTUNATELY THE DRIVERS REQUEST MORE MONEY, AS PER MRS. BREE SHE WAS REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT WE ARE VERY SORRY THINGS DID NOT WORK OUT.
