My salesperson, Chris Ray, gave me low ball quote as I was shipping 2 cars. They took their fee before the cars were picked. That was a huge mistake on my part. My cars were not picked on time and also I had to pay much more than what they initially quoted me. Once they got their fee, I had a horrible time contacting them. I was promised refund for the increased rate since I was given a quote but you guessed it, Sara, accounting person isn’t helpful and I have been calling them for the past 6-8 weeks now. They are rejecting my this review claiming that I am not their customer. Overall, this is a fraud company with dishonest people.
